PRICE

The price per group is €70. VAT is included in the €70 price, in accordance with applicable Spanish tax regulations. Room Escape Formación reserves the right to apply any promotions or discounts. These discounts are subject to change and are valid for a limited time. Corporate pricing will be arranged in advance with Room Escape Formación S.L.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PLAY, BOOKING, PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

There are no pre-bookings or subsequent confirmations. By booking and paying, it is understood that the chosen date is suitable for all participants. The "Bookings" tab displays the available dates, with those already booked shown in red. Available dates are shown in green. Bookings are made online at www.juegoenirma.es. To book, go to the "Book" tab, select the date and time, enter your information, and complete the payment. Payment must be made in full; installments are not accepted. Providing personal information is essential during the booking process: name, surname, mobile phone number, email address, and national identity document (DNI), which are necessary for billing and contact. If the contact information provided by the user is incorrect or false, Room Escape Formación is not responsible for any problems arising from being unable to contact the person to inform them of updates or unforeseen circumstances related to their booking.

Once the booking is made, the customer will receive an automatic booking notification email explaining the payment process and reminding them of the purchase conditions. If this email is not received, please contact us by phone or email explaining the issue, and Room Escape Formación will verify the payment and confirm the booking.

For a successful booking, the user must select one of the available payment methods. The booking will be confirmed once the service fee has been paid into the Provider's account through the payment processes established on the website. Upon booking, the user will receive an email as proof of payment, specifying the date and time of the reservation.

Room Escape Formación accepts payments via bank transfer, credit or debit card, and PayPal. When making a payment through the secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is activated for Secure Electronic Commerce. It will then connect to the card issuer, who will authorize the transaction. Room Escape Formación is not responsible for any additional fees or taxes that may be incurred when paying by bank transfer. The price is specified both on the website and in the booking confirmation email. In the case of bank transfers, if the payment is not received within 48 hours, the user will receive a reminder email notifying them that if payment is not received by midnight of the same day, the system will automatically cancel the booking.

For credit or debit card payments, only VISA, VISA Electron, and MasterCard are accepted. American Express is not accepted. The information you must provide when making a payment through this system is: name, card number, expiration date, and verification or security code. Room Escape Formación does not have access to or store any of the user's credit card information in its database.

In the event of a card decline, the order will be automatically canceled. Last-minute bookings are those made on the day of the game, or up to two days prior, and can be paid for by credit/debit card. If you select bank transfer as your payment method, you must send us the bank receipt along with your booking confirmation before the game begins, and this will be confirmed by phone. For cash payments, you will be contacted by phone for authorization.

The user can generate an invoice at any time from the website www.juegoenigma.es. To do so, the user must log in to their account and have entered their required personal information into the system. The user is responsible for entering their information and must verify its accuracy. The gift voucher can be purchased on the website www.juegoenigma.es and expires after two months. Using the code provided upon purchase, the user can reserve their chosen date. The voucher is not transferable and can be used by anyone.

Date and time changes are not permitted within 72 hours of the booking. If the booking is cancelled within the established timeframe, Room Escape Formación S.L. may reschedule for a date and time that is more convenient for the customer and subject to availability.

A reservation can be cancelled by email or phone. If the cancellation is eligible for a refund, and is made by email, the user must provide the following information: the reservation number, date and time, along with their name and bank account details for the refund. If bank account details are not provided 72 hours in advance, the refund cannot be processed.

If for technical or other reasons Room Escape Formación cannot provide its services, affected bookings may be rescheduled or refunded, according to the user's preference.

The customer cannot modify their booking through the online calendar under "Bookings". Any unforeseen circumstances or changes must be reported via email to clientes@juegoenigma.es

If the team does not show up 15 minutes after their reservation time, it will be considered that they have cancelled the reservation and they will not be entitled to changes or refunds.

PLAYING AND VENUE CONDITIONS

The game is for groups of 2 to 5 people maximum. For corporate groups, arrangements will be made directly with Room Escape Formación. The minimum age to participate is 18 years old; minors must be accompanied by an adult for each game.

Room Escape Formación has liability insurance to cover any accidents that may occur on its premises. Room Escape Formación is not responsible for accidents that users may have during the game if they are due to user negligence, improper handling of the facilities, or misuse of the objects found there.

Strict punctuality is required to play. All sessions are scheduled, and any delay in arrival time will affect subsequent bookings. Room Escape Formación reserves the right of admission, and the following are prohibited: filming or photographing inside the premises; participating in the game under the influence of alcohol, intoxication, or any type of drugs or other psychotropic substances; carrying any object capable of causing harm to people or property; participants who display violent attitudes or who cause or incite any disturbance in the room; serious lack of personal hygiene; and failure to follow the instructions and recommendations of the game staff, who will always be present on the premises during the game (outside the game room). The game lasts 60 minutes, with the possibility of extending it at the discretion of the game staff. GameEnigma is a game of intelligence and group skill.

There are designated areas that are not part of the game and are properly labeled. No force is required. The game contains fragile and sensitive items that must be handled with care according to the instructions given to each team upon arrival. All players participate at their own risk.

Failure to comply with instructions, misuse of facilities, recording or photographing the interior of the premises will result in the immediate expulsion of participants, thus losing the right to continue playing and the claim for any type of refund and/or compensation.

In the event of a technical failure, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, or staff incapacity that prevents the activity from taking place, Room Escape Formacion will be obliged to suspend it. The customer will be notified by email and telephone via the contact information provided in their booking as soon as possible. Should the aforementioned extraordinary circumstances arise during a game in progress, players may resume their game on another day of their choosing (subject to availability), either from the point at which they were interrupted or from the beginning, at no extra cost. For individuals with reduced mobility (wheelchairs, crutches), it is advisable to inquire beforehand.

Room Escape Formación reserves the right to request image rights from users for any photos taken within its facilities. These photos will be used for website and social media purposes, as well as for promotional purposes. If a user becomes unwell during the game, they must leave the game accompanied by another user until they recover; the remaining users may continue playing. In case of accident or serious illness, the Room Escape Formación staff supervising the game may decide to stop it completely.

BOND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The vouchers will expire after 6 months, and the booking must be made within this time. After this date, the voucher will no longer be valid. If the price of the activity increases, and the voucher is still valid within the 6-month period, it will remain valid. Its value will be deducted from the current price of the activity, and you will only need to pay the difference when making the booking.
